The IHDR80BL is a powerful 2-in-1 cooking appliance that will revolutionise your kitchen and the way you cook! This must have appliance combines a powerful, 4 zone flexi-bridge induction hob with a downdraft extractor, removing steam, odours and smoke from your cooking in real-time! The two left zones can be used separately or combined into 1 longer zone, that is perfect for longer pans or griddles. The extractor has 3 speed levels that are easily changed using the soft touch controls and the safety lock will prevent small children from accidentally using the appliance. Since the IHDR80BL is designed to be situated in a cabinet unit, it can be used against walls or in a kitchen island, perfect for any kitchen arrangement.

The incredibly stylish IHDR80BL features intelligent induction technology - this heats up the pan directly using a magnetic field, instead of heating the glass surface. This type of cooking is extremely fast and efficient compared to ceramic hobs and because the glass does not heat up to high temperatures, it is much safer. Induction hobs must be used with pans that have a magnetic base, so make sure your pans are induction compatible before purchasing.

This appliance comes with a free charcoal filter for internal re-circulation. This filter is used to remove odours and smoke particles as the air is drawn into the unit, before releasing the purified air back into your kitchen. Used in combination with the included water trap and grease filter, this ensures your kitchen remains odour, smoke and steam free! The filters do require replacing every 3-6 months, depending on use.

The OEM CO11 is a combined grease / carbon filter intended to be used with the OEM IHDR80BL combination downdraft induction hob. This filter is used to purify air as it is drawn into the appliance, before releasing it back into your kitchen. They typically last 3-6 months before needing to be replaced, depending on use.
