As part of the ContourLine design range, the versatile Miele DG6100 steam oven will steam your fish and vegetables, cook a rich casserole in around 45 minutes, boil pasta and sterilise bottles. There are 4 cooking settings with recommended temperatures adjustable between 40ºC and 100ºC, taking away the guesswork and producing perfect results. Programmable functions and automatic programmes are on hand enabling you to get the best results from the food you choose to cook. The DG6100 also features a descaling function for efficient maintenance. All of these functions are easily selected via a sensor control display.
MultiSteam technology ensures consistent heat throughout the cavity. Steam is created outside the food chamber until it reaches the required temperature where it is injected into the chamber, surrounding the food on all sides. The immediate and intensive exchange of heat ensures the food is heated very quickly and sealed instantly to retain all the vitamins, colour and natural flavour. Up to 3 cooking levels can be used simultaneously and there is no transfer of flavour from one dish to another.
Supplied with 3 perforated stainless steel cooking containers, wire rack, stainless steel condensate tray and cookbook. Suitable for installation in a 60cm wide wall cavity or base unit. Does not need to be plumbed in. Electrical connection via a standard socket.
