- 100g breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 60g unsalted butter
- 80g Chanterelle mushrooms
- 100g baby chestnut mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 round red radicchio, sliced into thin strips
To serve:
- Fresh parsley
