1. Buy your appliances

Purchase your appliances from a participating retailer, between 18th September 2024 and 29th October 2024.

2. Submit a claim form

Complete a claim form, either online or via post*, before midnight 6th December 2024.

3. Register for an account.

If you haven't already, create a free MySiemens account and enjoy the advantages.

You will be able to register your Siemens appliances to your account directly. This will also activate your appliance's warranty, and provide you with easier access to support, whilst ensuring you are kept up to date about important news.

What you'll need to claim

You will need the following:

• Invoice/sales receipt
• Model number
• Photo of the E-Nr number (found on your appliance)
• Your full address
• Phone Number
• Dealer or retailer information
• A copy of the original purchase receipt (must be sent with all claim forms)

To avoid any doubt or confusion, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted.

Offer applies to selected Siemens appliances only at participating retailers. Promotions dates 18th September and 29th October 2024. Claims must be received by the Promoter 30 days after date of purchase and before midnight 6th December 2024. Consumers can register their claim as soon as their appliance is purchased, however claims will not be validated until 30 days after date of purchase.
